- Payment methods
Payments made for goods and/or services from Esperanzaretail.com are processed through Stripe. Please see Stripes own terms for more information. Making a purchase with Esperanza means a customer agrees to both Esperanza Retail and Stripes terms. If payment is unsuccessful, orders will not be fulfilled. All non custom product based orders must be paid in full before items are shipped. Any service based payment must be completed on request, we may request payment up front for service based purchases, unless otherwise agreed prior to commencement of work. Payment and orders are accepted from the UK only. Please check with your own bank for any extra charges. All prices will be shown in the Great British pound and payment is only accepted in this currency.
Product based items are usually shipped in 3-5 working days. Services lead time fluctuate based on demand and availability. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss before making a purchase. For further and more specific delivery information please check items individual policies. Postage is made through Royal Mail 2nd class.
To cancel an order, you must contact us at email@example.com to let us know. If an order has been fulfilled or dispatched the item(s) must be returned to us in pristine condition. Unless faulty, it is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and pay for returns. If items arrived, faulty, damaged, or not as described or fails to arrive within 14 days from dispatch, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a refund, replacement or alternative. Proof in the form of photographs of faulty items is required.
We store the data that is necessary to fulfil your order, and retail contact details for our mailing list when permission is given.

- Law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of goods or services through our Site shall be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Esperanza disclaims responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of any part of the service to the fullest extent as allowed by law.

- Force majeure
In circumstances where Esperanza are prevented or delayed from carrying our obligations under the Terms and Conditions due to reasons beyond our control included and not limited to, acts of god/goddess/deity, war, national emergency, government actions, riot, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, strikes, delays affecting carriers or suitable materials then Esperanza obligations shall be postponed for that period of time that the aforementioned circumstances continue.
