Shipping Policy
We currently offer two options for shipping: Local Pickup: pay for your item online and pick it up for free! Contact us at info@operation-orphan.org to arrange your pickup slot. We are currently only able to offer pickup appointments at our office (NG9 6AA) on Wednesdays between 11:00 and 17:00 Flat Rate: for smaller items such as clothing. Your parcel will be sent second class by Royal Mail, who aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. We are currently only able to deliver parcels on Wednesdays, so your parcel will arrive 2-3 working days after the Wednesday following your purchase.
