Wrap Up Policy

Alterations and other custom work: Please contact me at hello@esperanzaretail.com before paying for any service. We will discuss what you are looking for, pricing and timescale before I confirm which package or service you should purchase. Esperanza provides the safest way for me to take your payment for work through Stripe. 

Physical purchases- I aim to ship within 3 working days. Please see any store announcements for any updates to this policy.  The full Esperanza policy including cancellations and returns info can be found here

We use Royal Mail 2nd class to ship items. For one off higher price products we use the tracked service, if we are returning altered items to you these will be sent tracked and signed for. Shipping cost is calculated based on the type of product and quantity. 

Items are shipped using reused packaging where possible or sustainably sourced plastic-free packaging. Please reuse or recycle it when it arrives.
