It’s so easy to pick up a gift bag from the supermarket with a bottle of prosecco for a present. Just imagine how many of these bags are purchased and binned each year. After presenting it and popping the bottle, its purpose is fulfilled.

For your partner, your parents, and your pals!

For your partner, your parents, and your pals!

We want to break the cycle of thoughtless gifting with bottle and gift bags designed to be regifted. Move over disposable wrap, we want purposeful presents! Passing our gift bags back and forth creates a story of sharing and conversation.

Harness the power of preloved, find a purpose for everything!

We want gifting to feel special. How many times can you gift and receive our gift bags in a lifetime and how sentimental does this become?

Designed to last and fully lined for strength and the perfect finish.

Each bag is made from retired clothing that can no longer be worn, fabric scraps and leftovers, and preloved or second-hand fabric from charity shops. Due to the way we source our fabrics, each run of bags is unique and limited which makes them personal.

As well as being super-duper eco alternatives to disposable gift wrap, our gift bags are gorgeous. We love options! Each of our named ranges comes in different shapes and sizes.

Not to be big headed, but we named them after ourselves!

Our first two ranges, Emma and Abigail showcase their creator’s vision. The Emma range features geometric shapes and gutsy all-round strapping, square edges, and precise stitching. The Abigail range is full of curves and pull cords with wave-inspired trims and free-flowing lines. But now for the big question… Which range do you like best?

Next time you make a gift wrap purchase, make sure to plant a tree whilst you’re at it. Not a fan of digging? Don’t worry, we plant a tree with every bag sold! What’s more, we also include the option to add extra trees to your orders.

We love to share!

So now the power is in your hands. Choose the sustainable option next time you send a gift. Present them with a reusable gift bag designed to be regifted and keep sharing the love.

And here is where we need you! When you purchase a gift bag from us, share it beyond your giftee! Snap a pic and tag us @theesperanzastores and use the hashtag #rethinkregifting.
